Developmental Training Scores 100%!
Congratulations to the Developmental Training (DT) program! The Department of Human Services has recognized DSC's level of quality and support with a score of 100% in its annual survey!
The outstanding day-to-day efforts of the Developmental and Vocational Training staff ensure everyone is actively engaged in pursuing interests and opportunities of value to them.
The survey is unannounced and includes a comprehensive review of consumer records, policies and procedures, personnel records, and safety drills and inspections, along with interviews of consumers, guardians, and staff members and tours of all of our DT facilities.
The surveyors spoke very highly of our organization and documented in their report “The agency clearly demonstrates excellent support to persons served and has experience in the social service area.
