DSC Basket Raffle Official Rules
Raffle License No. 1640
- Tickets may be purchased via www.dsc-illinois.org, from authorized salespersons or at DSC (1304 W Bradley Ave, Champaign, IL).
- There will be a maximum of one winning Raffle ticket selected per basket during the Drawing.
- The full name on the winning Ticket will be considered the “purchaser” and will allocate the prize among the participants in that Ticket and will be responsible to pay, or assure payment of, all applicable Federal and State taxes.
- No portion of the cost of the Ticket is tax deductible. DSC is required by law to report winnings to the Internal Revenue Services.
- All board members, employees, and volunteers of DSC are eligible to win.
- The official drawing will take place at DSC on October 2, 2020 at 4:00 PM via Facebook Live. The winner must claim the prize by December 2, 2020, at the DSC office with a government issued photo ID, or forfeit the prize, in which case a second Ticket will be drawn, and the replacement winner will be notified as soon as possible.
- The winner and any other persons listed on the winning Ticket authorize DSC to publish their names and pictures on the DSC website, DSC Facebook, C-U Oktoberfest Facebook, and can be used in other promotional materials published by DSC.
- All sales of raffle Tickets are final and there will be no refunds.
- DSC does not rent or sell information contained on its donor or supporter list to third parties.
- Purchase of a Ticket constitutes full agreement by the purchaser(s) that the purchase(s) agree(s) with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
- The purchase of a raffle Ticket is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- All purchasers must be 21 years or older to participate.
- This is not a ticket to any other C-U Oktoberfest raffles; it is a chance at winning a basket in the basket raffle only.
