As an Employment Specialist, Liz supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue and maintain inclusive community employment.
For Liz, this work is about more than helping someone find a job. It's about promoting inclusion, equality, and opportunity while helping people achieve goals that matter to them.
Liz believes that everyone who wants to work is capable of contributing in meaningful ways. She finds joy in being part of each person's journey, especially when she gets to celebrate alongside them as they reach important milestones and land the job they've been working toward.
She also appreciates another special part of her role: getting to work with some pretty amazing people every day.
