For the past three years, Colleen has been a valued member of her workplace team. She enjoys coming in, preparing her station, polishing and wrapping silverware, and following the routine she's built for herself. Most of all, she enjoys being part of the team and working alongside her coworkers. "Being employed is important to me because it gives me a routine, stability, and something to look forward to," she shared.
