DSC provides person-centered programs and services that support infants and toddlers through Early Intervention, as well as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help individuals and families access the resources, opportunities, and support they need to foster growth, independence, inclusion, and a strong connection to the community.

  • Provides person-centered case management and family support services to help individuals and families identify needs, develop goals, access resources, and coordinate services that promote quality of life and independence.

  • Supports infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have developmental delays, disabilities, or are at risk for developmental concerns through Early Intervention services, developmental screenings, therapy coordination, and family-centered support.

  • Provides individualized supports to build life skills, develop independence, participate in their communities, explore volunteer opportunities, and engage in enriching recreational and educational activities.

  • Provides safe, supportive community living options that promote independence, personal choice, and daily living skills through group homes and individualized residential supports. Community Living services also assist individuals who live independently in their own homes or apartments by providing personalized support tailored to their unique goals and needs.

  • Helps individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain community employment through individualized job development, skills training, job coaching, and ongoing support that fosters long-term success and greater independence.

  • Respite Services

    Provides short-term care and individualized support for children and adults, offering families and caregivers temporary relief while ensuring individuals receive quality care in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
